[maq-help] 3' Adapter trimming for SOLiD reads

I know maq is capable of trimming 3' adapter sequences for solexa  
reads. I assume that the same applies to SOLiD? Do I need to provide  
the sequence in colorspace? or the 'maq-modified' colorspace? Anyone  
have experience with this? Thanks in advance.
