[maq-help] reference display

hello,

I'm using Maq-Tgap to visualize to data from a solexa sequencer. i would
like to know if it is possible to see the reference at the same time than
the consensus in tg-view? I guess it would need to be incorporated in the
aln.db file when it is created, but i don't have control over that step.
