Hi, What are the read sequences you got from Solexa pipeline? So far as I =20= know, the s_?_sequence.txt is also a fastq file. The only difference =20 is in this file, qualities are scaled different from mapass' fastq. =20 Actually, I have never seen a file formated in that way. The correct =20 file should be: @USI-EAS6_2:2:1:611:882 GTAAAACGACGGCCAGTTTTGTGTATCATAGAT + ???>,04?.???+(something similar.) FASTQ is the standard input file format for several assemblers.
