Hello, Sorry for this additional email. Just let you know that Illumina and AB have submitted their read data to NCBI short read archive. The following links contain reads from Illumina and AB, respectively. ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/pub/TraceDB/ShortRead/SRA000271 ftp://ftp.ncbi.nih.gov/pub/TraceDB/ShortRead/SRA000272 Both of the data sets come from the same Yoruban individual NA18507. These are the best data for people who want to know the data quality and stats on the latest runs of both companies. MAQ worked with both data sets, as it is supposed to be. It might take 24*600-1200 CPU hours to do the alignment for Illumina data (in case some users may want to try that). Best regards, Heng |
