Well good news the project just got some help. We now have 2 new developers, who I would like to warmly welcome. With this new addition I will have to dedicate some less time to actual development in the next few days to organize the development group but this is positive. For both of you new developers by day's end today(sunday 12/12/2004) I hope to have some tasks assigned to you(don't worry you will have quite some time to get to it) and a document posted here with several of the major tasks ahead so you can choose what you want to do.

the main step in the development of the primes calculator right now is solving the variable overflow problem which I decided to do using an obeject oriented aproach which meant rewriting the whole program from c to c++ but which is being worth the effort. I'm almost done rewriting the program so I hope to still be able to deliver version 1.0 on schedule.

the developemnt was stopped for about 1 week due to me being studying but now I'm back at full throtlle, I still have some issues to work out with the variable overflow problem so it I'm guessing at a release for 1.0 at the deadline or just a bit earlier....

The three versions of the primes calculator to which I have the code(0.8, 0.9, 0.91) have been released. Work on version 1.0 has started but is moving allong rather slowly....
