I have done considerable research attempting to find a solution to my problem of PHP not parsing pages containing PHP code. The browser simply prints the code to the screen.
I am wondering if there is a problem in the install script that might cause this. Other than this problem, the mapis script seemed to work well on RHat 6.0 on i386. Apache works fine, and mysql starts. However, PHP does not yet work. I'll be grateful for any input as I am getting sick of looking through the email list archives for a solution. Many other people seem to have had a similar problem, but I cannot find a definite answer.
Thanks for taking the time to put together the mapis script as it has worked well thus far.
Curtis.
