Commit [r943]  Maximize  Restore  History

Fieldattribute: Edit: %-Upgrade is now the upgrade between BioDiv2 and BaseValue (not between BioDiv2 and BioDiv1)

Fieldattribute: Edit: the correctionfactor of (86%) has been removed (it is noe 100%)
Soil layer: Import: Features that are not deleted, but their field (if it exists) is deleted are not longer displayed
Fieldattribute: Edit: Soil version chooser: uses noe the area of the geometry to calculate the percentage, not longer the editable 'i_area'
