Importing an acreage/InVeKoS layer without a given request year is now possible using the current year after the user has confirmed it in a JOptionPane.
Land use values (acreage) longer than 3 chars will be replcaced by short token.
Instead of loading an empty acreage/InVeKoS layer the user will be informed by JOptionPane now that this data is missing in the database and that he should import them first.
The LoginPlugin isn't using the ThreadedPlugin interface anymore because the time expansive loading of a acreage layer is happening in the LoadFieldPlugin.
Loading of the acreage layer or showing the hint will only take place now if no login error has happened.
ImportAcreagesPlugin is loading the acreages directly through the LoadFieldPlugin now after they have been imported into the database.

IMPORTANT.
Fixed "javafx.fxml.LoadException" where the fxml file hasn't been found in a standalone production environment of MANUELA.
Working in NetBeans doesn't throw this exception, so it was hardly to realise.
