the economy tool is now ready for Java 8 and NetBeans 8!
some basic classes are warning now when NetBeans is bad configured and classpath is wrong.

First Version of a new Landscape Features Valuation Plugin using a JavaFX Pie Chart.
The important FXChart Utilities to change Legend and Colors, show an animated Tooltip and save the Chart as a PNG Image.

Fixed a bug in the layer evaluation plugin part II.
Evaluation of landscape features without biotope type value result into a NullPointerException.
After that the complete OpenJUMP was hanging.

Added Check if QualityLevel Object is null then setting the max level.
