Updated PostGIS SQL methods from 1.5 to 2.0.

Added InterlinkedBiotopeTypesPlugin and DigitizeLandscapecomponentsPlugin.
Removed not WorkingWaterErosionPlugin.

Code Refactoring.
Implemented new Java 7 Features.
Use of Message.format() for logging output (I18N!)

Single catch blocks replaced with multi catch block.

Added the new method 'atLeastOneLandscapeEntityTypeMustExist' of the 'ManuelaEnableCheckFactory' class (for behavior, see there) to 'MultiEnableCheck' class.

Added a method to check if a landscape entity type owns at least one standard valuation type.
The valuation type with ID 0 isn't a real valuation and valuation types with an ID less than 0 aren't standard valuations.

The line with of a point (yes) and a line is depending of the geometry type instead of the landscape component now.

New Feature.
The ManuelaEditingToolbox with activated digitizing cursor tool appears if the user is willing to start digitizing immediately.

Fixed a bug.
The cursor tool was not updated selecting a new layer and a new cursor tool.
The digitizing cursor tool stayed active although the delete tool was clicked, for example.

The "selectCursorByToolByGeometryType" method returns a cursor tool now.
The "addButton" method obtained a new boolean parameter to proof if the button added the first time after opening the toolbox.

Changed the order of the methods, too.
