There seems to be little or no interest in this project for a user perspective. No worries, version 0.1 was a custom script and is in use. Anyone can take it run with it.

I will not be doing further development toward a general use Mantis Add-on.

I am uploading the first working version of the program. Please note the following:
1) IT IS UGLY AS SIN
2) It is highly customized for a particular need and probably not what you want.
3) You can look at it anyway and make changes.
