#2 Polar theme produces "bad islands" msg

After choosing a "Polar" theme, and producing a new map, by say
changing the number of islands, a message window will popup,
saying "Bad Islands. Starting try nr.X", which will continue to
increment (keeps trying to produce a map, but never does).

Maybe I'm just too stupid to find them...
How many islands did you try to place?

I started with the default number of islands, then changed
the number to the maximum.

After I received the error message, I would cancel and try
other numbers. As far as I can remember, all numbers I
chose with the polar theme produced that error and
seemingly-endless loop of messages.
