When moving to another network (wireless or wired in a
different location), and getting a new IP address, local
world.xml and other peers are not updated with it.
Obviously, you cannot communicate with other peers on
topics and queues.
When setting the IP of the local MantaRay layer in the
world.xml to 0.0.0.0 the MantaRay layer will try to bind to the
IP of the computer and the automatic discovery will advertise
the that IP to the other layers.
When set to 0.0.0.0 and there are 2 interfaces, MantaRay will
bind and advertise the first one returned form the operation
system (not determined).
Now in the CVS, and out in release 1.2.1

what should be done if you have 2 interfaces in the computer?
should we take the default?
