Section 4.1 WIndows installation (page 15) refers to downloading "Manifest Maker <version> Setup.exe" and stepping through an installation process.

In fact. we make two different windows executables available - ManifestMaker.exe and ManifestMakerConsole.exe - neither of which require installation. They can both be run directly.

It may be useful to explain what the pros and cons of each of the versions actually is.
