#24 Unable to easily change manifest filename in Windows

Previously recorded against the tracker for the Digital Preservation Software Recorder as Bug ID 2951870.

Testing on Wizard Branch - Manifest Maker Version 2.0.9

Applies to Windows XP and Windows 7.

I can not use the mouse to click in to the Manifest Filename field. As a workaround I can edit the filename by tabbing to the field and using the keyboard.

Also the tab order is not as expected (Win and Linux): Output Directory field, Browse button, Write Item List, Manifest Filename.
Tab order should be: Output Directory field, Browse button, Manifest Filename, Write Item List.

Fixed and committed to testing branch. Can now click in the field on Windows and tab order is now correct. Assigned to acunliffe for testing.

Tab order is fixed and I can click in to the Manifest Filename field
