Manifest Maker 3.0.1, windows XP SP 2 (SOE)

I attempted to use the help, as provided by the help menu (and perhaps the menu choice of 'help' -> 'help' is not the most useful)

I received a message box headed "Manifest Maker 3.0.1 Error" with the message which said "Failed to display HTML document in UTF-8 encoding"

Not sure if this is simply an Operating System issue - after all, who would expect to have to use and OS which was not fully up to date with Service packs, or if anything can be done from within manifest maker to remove the problem

Tested Manifest Maker under Win 7 Ultimate (32 bit), Win Vista Ultimate (32 bit) and XP (2002 Professional - SP2).

For all versions of Windows I get the same error prompt re: UTF-8 with Manifest Maker 2.0.14 and 3.0.1.

Manifest Maker versions 2.0.34 and 3.0.0 are OK.

When I get an error, if I click OK, the Help is visible - not something the user should have to do though. Looks like a slight change from 3.0.0 to 3.0.1 has resulted in the error being displayed.
