#1 Let user view and set extension option in profile

With this attached patch, it's possible for cms user to select tbc status in profile. (db-field 'account'.'tbc')

The field is called TBC activated with options "Yes" and "No"

The current state is shown when user opens profile settings.

the current value is only updated if player changes the field.
