I have my realm server and mangos server on people are playing on it but the status is still offline!

I have checked this feature and it works as intended on my setup.

Please confirm that your PHP5 installation includes the Socket extension as it is required for polling the world server status. If Socket support is unavailable then realms should be marked as unchecked.

I will add several debug messages to the realm status polling code to help you identify the cause.
