CALL FOR PAPERS 11th International Symposium on INnovations in Intelligent SysTems and Applications - INISTA'2016 August 2-5, 2016, Sinaia, Romania http://www.inista.org/ AIM & SCOPE The International Symposium on INnovations in Intelligent SysTems and Applications (INISTA) has been organised since 2005. It aims to bring together the researchers from the entire spectrum of the multi-disciplinary fields of intelligent systems and establish effective means of communication between them. Proposals of special sessions and tutorials on hot and emerging topics in the field of the symposium are welcome. The language of the symposium is English. Details for the submission and all information concerning the symposium can be found at the symposium web site http://www.inista.org/. Submission implies willingness to register at the conference, pay the registration fee and present the paper in person. Papers will be included in the proceedings only if at least one author will register and pay the registration fee by June 17, 2016 - no exceptions. Papers accepted in the proceedings will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore only if the paper will be presented in person at the conference by one of the authors. TOPICS Original papers dealing with theoretical and/or practical aspects of intelligent systems, technologies and applications are solicited. The general areas of interest include: - Artificial Intelligence Algorithms - Artificial Neural Networks - Bioinformatics - Data Mining - Evolutionary Computation - Expert Systems - Fuzzy Logic - Genetic Algorithms - Hardware Implementations for Intelligent Systems - Human-Computer Interaction - Intelligent Agents - Intelligent Applications in Biomedical Engineering - Intelligent Approaches in Robotic and Automation - Intelligent Approaches in Signal and Image Processing - Intelligent Approaches in System - Identification/Modeling - Intelligent Control Systems - Intelligent Defense/Security Systems - Intelligent Life - Machine Learning - Memetic Computing - Natural Language Processing - Swarm Intelligence - Smart Sensors and Materials - Other topics related to Intelligent Systems IMPORTANT DATES Paper submission March 28, 2016 Notification of Acceptance May 16, 2016 Camera-Ready Submission & Registration June 17, 2016 Special Session Proposal February 15, 2016 Special Session Notification of Acceptance February 29, 2016 Special Session Paper Submission April 15, 2016 Tutorial Proposal May 16, 2016 Tutorial Notification of Acceptance May 30, 2016 INVITED SPEAKERS - Dragos Gavrilut : Antimalware Research Manager at Bitdefender, Lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science, University ŅA.I.CuzaÓ of Iasi, Romania. - Gabriel A. The submission should be a preliminary version of the final paper NOT an extended abstract. Submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, members of the Programme Committee. Only accepted papers will be included in the Proceedings (that will be submitted for indexing into IEEE Xplore). Papers must be formatted according to the IEEE format, conference mode, using the templates available on the IEEE Web site at: http://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html A selection of high-quality papers accepted and presented at the conference may be invited for publication in prestigeous internationally recognized journals (subject to extension and additional reviewing). All contributions should be in correctly formatted in PDF format and should be submitted electronically via EasyChair at: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=inista2016. For their submissions, authors are encouraged to consider the final paper format requirements, as specified at the conference site. Research papers should be original contributions and should not be accepted or submitted elsewhere until the decisions of the INISTA 2016 Program Committee are announced.
