Thanks for letting me know about the help doc link. I'm must say, there isn't much help there anyway but it still shouldn't throw an error. I"ll make sure that's fixed for the next release.

I've assigned this to the JCVI folks. We (IGS) are not supporting that code anymore. We will have our own code releases soon to support our Chado schema and all new updates that we have made to the code-base.
