[mamba-help] Assessing allele specific expression- help

Good night Dr. Rivas,

I'm Taina Figueiredo, pHD student on Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. I`m work with RNA-Seq and I want to see the allele specific expression in my data.
I installed the MAMBA and all dependence, but when I tried to run a test, I have this message:
