MaLe-PSI-BLAST

PSI-BLAST is a powerful tool for capturing homologues. However, after several iterations, the Position Specific Substitution Matrix (PSSM) built by the program may score poorly the query and its homologues. Therefore, PSI-BLAST was tuned with Machine-Learning tools.
