Are you sure you are on MakuluLinux-15-Flash? Because the error doesn't make sense for that OS, there is no such file which you have there. Maybe there is an older Makulu with that line (although I wouldn't remember if that is the case).

Or did you change something and edited files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/?
