#37 Duplicate requires in META.yml

CPAN.pm complains while building the distribution

CPAN::Meta::YAML found a duplicate key 'requires' in line '{}' at /opt/perl-5.30.1/lib/5.30.1/CPAN/Meta/YAML.pm line 515.

And in fact, it seems that there are two "requires" entries: https://metacpan.org/source/PFEIFFER/makepp-2.0.99.2/META.yml#L4-31
