#1 Locates include files in sub directories of Include dirs

The problem is in mkdep.pl, in the make_files function,
where the call:
push @extrafiles, &find_files($_,"\.*",1);

should be changed to
push @extrafiles, &find_files($_,"\.*",0);

I also changed the find_files call in mkfiles.pl to be:
@files = &find_files(".","\.*",0);
for the same reason, as it should not recurse the source
directories.
