Hi,

MailWatch is expecting the mailq command to work, which is not the case with Zimbra. Here are the details (first link): http://www.lmgtfy.com/?q=Queue+report+unavailable+-+mail+system+is+down

You could try to use /opt/zimbra/postfix/sbin/mailq instead, but I would not expect it to work...

that suggests postfix isnt running? try /etc/init.d/postfix start or service postfix start
