I'm using the "Mail Redirect" module in the frame of my work. When I send a message to several addressees, even if the main addressee uses the "reply to all" button, When I receive the reply, I do not see the other addressees. This is annoying, because I can never be sure that the main addressee actually replied to all. Besides, when I myself want to "reply to all" in return, I only have one addressee in the address bars. Similarly, When I receive an email which is only copied to me, since I only see my address, but not the main addressee's address. Therefore it make me believe that I have received the email in error, which, of course, is not the case.
When you redirect a message, the recipients receive the exact same message with the same from, to, cc, bcc and reply-to headers as the original message.
For example when you receive a message from Alice to Bob and Christine and you redirect it to Dave, Dave receives the exact same message as you. When Bob, Christine or Dave replies, they reply to Alice. When Bob, Christine or Dave replies to all, they reply to Alice, Bob and Christine (only not to themselves).
Only when Dave replies or replies to all, the sender and/or other recipients can see that Dave also received the message. When they view all the headers, they can see that you resent the message to Dave.

Actually, my question was not about me redirecting emails, but about automatic redirection. In the office I work for, clients' emails are generally directed to our main email address, and a receptionist despaches them to the persons in charge of the files. The Mail Redirect module is settled so that when I send an email from the main email account of our Office, there is a code to type in the "Subject" bar of the email, so that when the addressee replies, their reply is automatically redirected both to the main email incoming box and to MY email incoming box. The trouble is when the addressee replies to all, all the addressees appear in the email received on our main email box, but not in mine. In my email box, I can only see our Office as the addressee, but not the other persons. For example, and taking the same names as in your own example, if I send a message to Alice, Dave and Bob, typing the special automatic redirection code in the "subject" bar, if Alice replies to all, in our main email box, I will correctly see that the reply has been copied to Dave and Bob. But in my own email box, I can only see our office as the addressee, and not Dave and Bob, so that unless I go and check into our main box, I cannot be sure whether the email has correctly been copied to Dave and Bob. It is a llittle complicated for me to explain. I hope my English is good enough for you to understand what I mean. And I hope you will be in a position to help me. Thanks in advance.
Automatic redirection is not an option provided by my add-on. You probably also have installed RedirectFilter. Maybe that add-on does something wrong in relation to the cc field, or maybe it has some configuration option for it?
