If you would like to enable support for this, a brief look at the code suggests you should modify the addMessageToTicket method to strip out attachments. This can be found in MailManager.py. If you want this added into the main upstream release we would probably need the following to be done: * An SQL script modifying to the accounts table (adds in option to strip attachments) * Alterations to the addMessageToTicket code to query the account settings from SQL and handle the attachments appropriately * A test case showing the code working calling process on an account with the flag set calling process on an account without the flag set. I realise that might not be practical, in which case submitting an RFE (Request for enhancement) on sourceforge will mean we will look at it at a later stage and consider adding it to the roadmap.
