In the mean time, I have upgraded to 2.0.4, it went perfectly fine, including the dataset migration. Just to keep you informed of my current status. I will leave MailManager running all night, and see if all mails went through. Thankfully I can recover manually with a small mail send program and copypasting from the Popfile web interface, or opening tickets manually. But this is far from ideal, of course.
