Overdue tickets which are assigned to a queue user are
displayed in show all. This will also affect spam
tickets if we allow spam in queues.
Show all may have to select based on username, and
include all users, rather than omitting username which
also includes virtual users.

Reopeninig Bug as issue still exists in the searching aspect
