Looking good.

However text for Access settings 'Tickets', 'Reports', 'Settings' needs to be
to te right of the check boxes?

Pretty much all the checkboxes and radio buttons are
misaligned. I think I might need Roan's help getting these
right consistently?

Got it! Well, for Firefox at least ... it still looks less
than ideal on IE.
