I wondered why so many mails came through although they
had words inside the subject that should've gotten
filtered.
So i run it with the -v 6 option and then I saw that
the mails had a subject line like this:
Subject:
=?iso-8859-1?b?T3Zlcm5pZ2h0IERlbGl2ZXJ5IG9mIEwjZXZpdHJhLCBWaSphZ3JhLCBQaGVudGVybWluZQ==?=
Obviously, mailfilter can't parse stuff like this.
It's a common trick of the spammers today.

DENY = ^From:.*\=\?big5
DENY = ^From:.*\=\?utf-8
