[PATCH] GPG key-fetching

Hi folks,

here I send you a patch which introduces a new interactive function
(mc-gpg-fetch-key) which makes it possible to fetch keys from a
keyserver for those who use gnupg.

Please test it and send me your comments and suggestions before I
integrate the function in the menu and the other framework.

The error handling is a bit, uhh, binary. Do you think it should be more
verbose (e.g. report if keyserver is unreachable, key not found, etc.)?
