#17 PGP5/mailcrypt/xemacs 21.2.38/cygwin

I found that I had to comment out the (delete-process
proc) expressions in mc-pgp5.el in order keep
mailcrypt from throwing exceptions while signing or
encrypting.

I have not experimented further so I don't know if
this is an XEmacs 21.2.x thing or a Cygwin subprocess
thing.

Perhaps the safest fix would be to put an unwind-
protect around the delete-process method invocations.
