[Magpierss-general] small problem newbie

installed magpie and have asked a few friends, but so
far no real solution. googled this problem and found it
to be fairly common. the problem is keep getting this error

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'magpierss/rss_fetch.inc'
(include_path=3D'.:/usr/local/lib/php') in
/homepages/6/d117080061/htdocs/english/index.php on line 2

running:
PHP Version 4.3.10

and the path is usr/local/lib/php

tried .htaccess in magpierss dir but no luck.
