Thanks for reporting this issue.

MA 4.0 is based on 3.8, which seems to have a lot of issues. Could you also try it on 3.8, to see whether this issue is 4.0-specific or it already exists in 3.8?

I'm sorry I don't have enough time to review the whole code. I guess I'll later re-merge the code from MA 3.5, which I was using before I moved to 4.0.
