After some research, I discovered that I should use AHB bus instead of =
PCI. I understood that, AHB bus support is supplied by =
"/ath/if_ath_ahb.c" file in new-codebase. I did needed costumization to =
Makefile for BUS selection and compiled the source but I still get the =
following boot message:

So, this time I get 2 extra lines by using AHB bus definition but there =
is still something missing.
Is there any one, who has experiance on implementing Madwifi on an =
Atheros SoC in this mailing group?

Hi,
I have some trouble to get madwifi work on an embedded system which has =
AR2313A-00 chip on it. The CPU is "MIPS 4Kc V0.10" and kernel is =
"2.4.27". I tried with both old and new codebases but I still have =
problems.
I costumized the kernel of embedded linux for built-in "Atheros =
802.11(a/b/g) PCI/Cardbus support" using "/patch/2.4/install.sh" script =
and compiled it. After loading kernel file to board, I got the only =
following boot messages:

but I didn't get any message that tells about recognized device. As you =
know some information about irq, rates,etc. are expected to be printed =
after these lines. So, I can't use madwifi.
