#1 Garbeled First Samples

Player: Media Player Classic
Situation:
1) An MP3 is playing using the MAD Transform Filter.
Then another MP3 is loaded to play in MPC.
2) An MP3 is playing, then stopped and restarted again.
3) Seeking.
Anomoly:
Garbeled first samples and/or samples from previous
playing played.

Thanks for issueing this. After looking quickly into the
problem, I think I found the cause. There may indeed be a
problem with flushing some internal buffers when switching to
a new MP3 or seeking, which could cause such a thing. I'll
look into it ...
