#26 libtool causing make to fail in libid3tag

In the file libtool around line 350 or so there are
'^W' characters at the end of every line. Make was
failing on this for me, so I edited them out and things
seem to be ok now.

I downloaded libid3tag 0.15.1b on 11.24.2004 and the
machine is an intel box running redhat.

I'm not sure if this is really considered a bug or not.
I appoligize if this shouldn't be here.
