[Macsword-develop] Czech localization

I'm just finished czech localization of Eloquent.
I did it for my family, but maybe there will be need to put this to official release.

If there will be such need, where can i post localized files?

Few texts are not still in czech, maybe because they are from sword library, but every string i found in English.lproj
is localized
