For every release I check the executable files on Virus Total to be sure that they are virusfree. I let you know the results in a post.
In general by using AutoIt as programming language some anti-virus scanners think there's a virus in Macronize. These are false positives. The 32 bit version of Macronize will trigger these false positives. Especially McAfee-GW-Edition, a network anti-virus program which continues to flag the virtual machine of AutoIt 32 bit as being unsafe. Anyway, I'll report this at every release.
