Mackup is a bash script aimed at emulating MacOSX Time Machine. It is extremely useful in association with a Network Storage.
Main features:

• user home backup. Possibility for the user to list the exclusions
• backup rotation, with configurable history (number of backups to keep)
• unlimited types of backup. Just name your backup with a prefix and that's it.
• Shell script - can be setup by the administrator in the crontab for each user.
