Displaying a list of servers that a particular software package is installed on, the list does not appear to update after that software package has been uninstalled from any number of servers listed.

Is this before or after you run machdb-send again?

Also, can you let me know the platform you are running the client and server on, as well as version of PHP, OS, Apache, etc. Thanks!
