Just installed 011 on my first gen iMac G5 with 10.4.3. The MacGlide preference folder does NOT show up in my system folder for classic. So, no setting configurations. Ideas?

So, it is installed properly. I decided erase the preferences and everything comes back fresh and new. I did notice, however, that after installing I still have 3Dfx library version 0.10.1 and not 0.11. Should I delete the old library?

You must run the installer from an account with admin privileges, then it should work
The above remark applies if also the system extension 3DfxGlideLib2.x is not installed or is still an older version than 0.11.
Otherwise try starting your application, enable 3DFX if necessary. After the first run using 3DFX the Folder should be in the preferences
