#103 Better error checking in session setting

When you're setting up the CVS root in the session settings
dialog, you always have to precede the path with a slash, or else
you;ll get an error about CVSROOT needing to be an absolute
path when you go to check out a module. That error checking
should occur in this dialog so the user can't enter a string that's
missing the preceding slash, or even easier on the user would be
to just put the slash in automatically.
