I just installed Tiger, and when I dragged mp3 files on mac3dec,
nothing happened. It worked ffine in 10.3. Maybe something has
changed in QuickTime.

I can confirm drag and drop does not work in Tiger; however
opening the file using the menu is a workaround.

In Tiger, I can add through the menu, but clicking Start causes the app to hang.
I can't get it to do anything. It creates the output file, but doesn't do anything
else.

same problem for me when dragging, BUT
if you use the menu to open your files, it works!
