#4 Character encoding.

I'm having troubles with lyrics of non-english songs.
Some characters (like Swedish 'a' with a ring on top)
will even prevent the rest of the lyrics from showing.

It would be nice if the program converted the special
characters in the lyrics to the charset the user's GUI
is using. The charset detection could be made
automatically or manually with a setting in the program
preferences.

Hi, I have myself problems with special characters (we have
accents in french)
I'm doing my best to make things work nicely.

Lyrics are stored in UTF8 encoding (because of xml specs)
The first thing to do is to select a font which support your
special chars (the default one should work with french, I don't
know about swedish...)

Because of changes in the last version, I know there are
some problems with special chars currently.

This should be solved in next version.
