[Lxr-general] getting "Apache::StatINC: Can't locate Local.pm for almost all browses.

I got one to go away by copying Local.pm to /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/LXR
but any other page I go to gives me the error in the subject.

The apache log says:

Oh shoot!  I've got a mandrake system, which uses httpd and httpd_perl,
and after all the hacking I see that I now have to get the httpd part
to send ALL requests on to the http-perl, AND allow them...

eek.  If anyone else has managed this little dance, please let me know
what else I've got to do.  If not, and anyone else tries to get lxr 0.9.2
up on Mandrake and wants to know what I did, I'll try to keep enough
history to help...
