Glad you like the LXR.  I'd love to see the INSTALL doc be improved,
especially for beginners.  Since I'm used to installing this, sometimes
it's hard to remember what was difficult the first time.

Do you have any suggestions for what could be improved from your
experience?  An updated doc would be ideal, but even just some quick
thoughts would be a help.
