[Lxr-dev] Patch against 0.9.8 for misc problems

I got LXR 0.9.8 to run on Centos last weekend.  I am using MySQL and 
glimpse.  Attached is a patch with some changes I had to make.  Looks 
like other folks have run into similar problems.  I am fairly 
perl-illiterate, so please pardon any gross mistakes on my part.
